Contemplation

Cry tears until you've none to make.
Do be true to yourself, never a fake.
Live like the world is yours to take,
For your sake, for your sake.

Keep your anger low in a rift.
Sing your sorrows until they drift.
Smile until your low spirits lift.
Life is a gift, life is a gift.

It most certainly is. They have done study's with depressed people and even when they don't feel like smiling if they smile it creates a positive internal response. Maybe that's what they mean when they say fake it till you make it.
