How's your mind
Is it a complicated as mine?
Questioning everything
Getting any where?
Do you accept answers from the out
do they ever fit within
When you choose to decide?
I learnt something new today
Or maybe it's always been that way
Just chose not to believe
Or perhaps I had more faith
on what it means to be free
Okay, maybe I still do
However, I can not help feeling
Disappointed
Disjointed
With the connections that turned blind
After all
with all that's been spoken
It can only take one word for one to hide.
... From another
I have question what does one truly have
when it can be so easily thrown to the side?
Are our expectations just delusions?
The rain has started
The wind has changed
Pick yourself up
...Start again
Its only the truth you are trying to find.
