Connected To Nature

As she walks barefoot into her garden, her body connects to earth's healing magnetic fields. She then sits on a faded wooden bench and is greeted by the flowers who gently nod their heads. A smile lights up her face as the warmth of the sun bathes her skin, and the green grass cushions and tickles her feet. She then closes her eyes and relaxes in nature's surroundings. The soft summer breeze caresses her hair as the soothing sound of leaves rustle on the trees. She listens to robins sweetly singing their songs and breathes in the sweet perfume from the lilac blossoms. She is connected and content.

i know this one intimately....and here it is beautifully executed....my desk looks out at such and add the feeding birds and squirrels this is where Abby my cat and I spend the day...great poem Anne

Hi Anne , in response to your question about Earthing / Grounding ~ I just read an article about it and it all makes perfect sense ! I love the fact that so many studies have been done around emotional well-being as well as physical wellbeing.
