Confused For Life

Confused for Life These visions I've been holding Are turning in my brain They're twisted and their inside out I've lost control again More delusionary concepts Feeding off my lust My hopes and dreams are shattered I just don't know who to trust If you turn your back on me I could not bear the strain How losing what was never mine Could bring me so much pain The iron that once had me bound Finally gives to rust Everything that set me free Keeps turning into dust Tried before humanity And locked up in a cell My integrity means nothing And they've damned my soul to hell But it is not over And only time will tell If he who judges good from bad Knows that I meant well By: Jeremy Siedlecki
