A compass is like friends in a dark forest.They say their always there for you.But,like a compass in the dark all they do is turn I. You and mislead you. The dark forest your trying to escape from is the lies,negativit,and meaningless words spoken.Sketchy,neverending,and overgrown with betrayal. The river your trying to hear in the distance is for guidance out of the dark forest and into safety.The river is your heart and mind trying to guide you as well.If you listen to your heart and mind and follow it just like the river it will never mislead you. The empty vacant road you finally found is dark,intimidating,and completely unknown.With every step you take alone you become stronger and you feel safe.You no longer have a reason to look over your back,analyze people's actions,or feel unsafe. Your path is yours that you must walk alone.Your a lone wolf..You walk alone..You are your pack!
