Come, Let Us Sing
Come, let us sing of his natal day
The Christ-Child in the manger lay
Too soon will come the dreadful day
He for mankind’s sins must pay.
Chorus:
It’s Christmas, it’s Christmas
The loveliest time of the year
When angels sang from heav’n above
And Jesus came to us in love.
Come, let us sing of the Nativity
Join us in the holiest festivity,
The Christ-Child brings us liberty
Come, let us sing of the Nativity.
Let’s raise our voices loud and clear
For wise men three let’s give a cheer,
For lowly shepherds who knew no fear,
For Joseph and Mary, his parents dear.
