Come By the Hanging Tree

Come walk to the Hanging Tree, So tall and green that any could see; The maiden sailed through the sea, In order to look for the Hanging Tree; She ventured towards the Hanging Tree... She heard that it was as green as spring leaves, She heard of its pure earthy soil; On the way she remembered her charming prince Telling her "Come with me to fulfill your dreams". Then she noticed it was just a passing dream; As she continued her adventure She arrived to forest greens, Some beings where even there to greet... They took her into the depths of green, Singing, shouting and walking with sore, bare feet, She saw how torn and beat they seemed But humble and calm they were; She was still being led to the Hanging Tree... Once they stumbled and saw the roots of the Tree, The beings dispersed and faded Through beautiful mysteries, luring unknowns Of vast forest greens. She then saw her charming prince By leafy branches and foliage of greens; She climbed the Tree, happy about her prince, Until they looked at each other smiling, Repeating "Come with me to fulfill your dreams"; She went to Him and kissed, But He started to fade, She could no longer grasp Him And then she realized, It was just a passing dream; With teary eyes, She then tripped, Getting Tangled in the vast greens, Then She noticed she and all were a passing dream, Falling eternally from the Hanging Tree...
