Come and Find Me In My Solitude

Please, come and find me in my solitude I will welcome your heart's uplifting soul You, a dreamer of passion's interlude Me, a pragmatic fool you can console In meadows of my mind winds turned silent And the sun has set on my times of joy I've sought out spaces where all seems quiet And listened to my heart's solemn envoy Would you bring music to this silent friend And show my spirit how to laugh again? Will you give me smiles from your hands to lend And offer light before the dark closes in? I was but a wanderer, now alone I bear the weight of loneliness, I own 12/4/16

Oh...what an endearing write, Frederic. Who would not answer this call affirmatively? You know how to tug at the heart with your words. You are going in my favorite poet file. :)

No one is alone except when he agrees this. Some play with their solitude, some other make from it a means of solidarity. Rhymes like solitude/interlude, soul/console etc,. bring kind of inner music of the spirit sharing the beauty. Even in hard times, Robinson did not give up and... I remember (a famous image) Zorba, the Greek dancing. This evening I have the opportunity to see (twice or thrice) a wonderful movie: The Last Mohican with splendid music of E. Mariconi).
