3- “Let the beauty of what you love, be what you do. “ - Rumi When the moon unfurls her magical wings, and stars come out; sparkling silver I listen to soothing songs within my nocturnal heart, for unspoken thoughts, I let them rule. I’m a believer, splashing colors of faith, a poet, weaver of love and hope~ mental health advocate with an untamable quill, painting hurting spheres with empathetic ink, to cover their pain with honey warm verses. I savor flavors of tender delicacies, the world may frown upon this spiritual indulgence, while ignorant to smudged skin of wounded silhouettes. I let my voice be the tranquilizer for imperfect perfection, although truth has no place in a society that lacks perception. I’ll allow these phrases to speak to the blind, preach kindness till we attain nirvana, I have a poem in my soul, that shall only reach pages~ fluent in compassion, pain and trauma.

Dear Ink, such an empathetic poetry!! I admire your work for others and also the emotions that you put into these lines. The start of the poem is as magical as the wings of the moon that you have described. Enjoyed the read. God bless! -Smita

Dear Empress, the beauty of what you really love is what you do. There is absolutely no doubt about it. Poetry is not a half-hearted endeavor as with many, but it is a soul-consuming mission for you. You apply your heart and soul to what you do. That's why your poems remain as marvels of artistic expression. "I’m a believer, splashing colors of faith, a poet, weaver of love and hope~ mental health advocate with an untamable quill, painting hurting spheres with empathetic ink, to cover their pain with honey warm verses." Sweet Empress, your verses drip as honey into our souls. Excellent!

IE, you are doing therapy with a poem like this. It's a wonderful way to look at poetry--as being helpful to people. Reading yours actually makes me feel happier. So it's an Rx. Not such an easy thing to do--you must have a wonderful spirit.

Always think, if there's pain and trauma, the reader can relate. The imperfection of perfection we can all relate to. It usually comes out in some poetic form and even in print it never sits quite right. You're on a winner.

dearest Ink--I've known since our first 'poetic' encounter, that you have a love and passion for writing poetry.Even when writing something painful, your compassion shines through. I loved 'savor flavors of tender delicacies' -- a delightful sensory detail & imagery.I agree. You let your voice be the tranquilizer for imperfect perfection.Although the 'world' lacks perception, there are those who do possess perception.Your words make a difference to them..remember the butterfly effect, hugs, Sara

I don't think one can successfully separate a poem from the writer's spirit. Unlike other forms of writer, what the poet writes is a biography of his or her journey's. Poetry is never entirely fiction.... You have a deeply respectful and loving nature.

I am a firm believer of that too, that poetry is never entirely fiction, those that highlight that poems are based on fiction maybe try to hide the fact that theres some truth, because poetry is a mere reflection of ones inner soul. Thats what i think too; thank you so much for your kind and generous feedback im grateful for your very uplifting comment

Your advocacy for mental health is a laudable cause, my friend. This poem speaks from the heart describing beauty of what you love and do--as Rumi says. This speaks of you eloquently, my friend: I’m a believer, splashing colors of faith, a poet, weaver of love and hope...

As a Rumi fan, I always like poem inspired by his quotes and I like your take on expressing what you love to do.. Your poem portrays your character which celebrates the power of compassion, resilience, and authenticity in navigating the complexities of human existence. It reminds us of the transformative potential of poetry to transcend barriers, bridge divides, and illuminate the path towards healing and enlightenment.

Dear Ink, this is an outstanding work that dives into your own views, your commitment to raising mental health awareness, and your position as an empathic advocate in a world that frequently dismisses the pain of others. The poetry is full of complex language, vivid imagery, and moving phrases. Use poetic tropes such as metaphor, alliteration, and personification to effectively explain your perspective.
