Colors In the Sky
"Two doves in white flying, feathers glow beneath the morning's rainbow colors". Quote by Charles Messina
Deadly blows are deeply felt; massive pain is dealt.
Colorless, whispering winds I cannot see;
Often pitch black, like weapons of war;
Folded into forms of shapeliness;
Scattered greys and shadows of blue;
Moving for the clashing of hot and cold,
Tornadoes are brewing; getting ready to blast;
Threatening and creating terror in the soul;
Familiar rolling and roaring sounds of thunder;
Splashes of electricity strike, lighting the open sky.
Silvery ice and rain; White snow paints the canopy.
Oh, the wonders of God's world painted so gloriously.
Red and orange bathe the skies with decrees of peace.
Have you ever been nearly blinded by the blast of a fiery
Setting sun? Or have you seen the 48 colors of the moon
That was taken by a photographer over a 10-year period?
I tell you, above us, there is so much more than just the sky.
There is so much mobility and life, greeting us in living colors.
And greater still comes sights of sweets and treats as described
in Charles Messina's quote about two beautiful white doves made
even more beautiful as their feathers are seen glowing beneath
the colors of the morning rainbow. What an awesome view.
Render me surrendered to the 7 colors of the rainbow.
Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red.
Nature has had its say, and the children return to play.
The fear is gone as we return to beaches and sunsets.
