Color Blind

You seem to live in black and white Never smile Never laugh You work day and night Can't you see the world around you? Or are you blind to the brilliant color The yellow of the sunshine The vibrant green of life Happiness is bright And sadness solemn blues But you show no emotion A boring life you choose Why don't you see what I see Why can't you genuinely smile? I do not understand your mind Are you color blind?

Dave Loggins sang a song called The color of the mood I'm in. Yes, you'll know me by the color of the mood I'm in. Well if I'm gray, it's a sad sad day. Call em' and tell em' to carry me away. Cause, you'll know me by the color of the mood I'm in. Yeah! You'll know me by the color of the mood I'm in. Have a rainbow day Jacque. :)

There's one questionable item in the second line of your third verse: The word "solum" is defined as an upper strata layer of new soil in a soil profile. I cannot see how that word fits into your line. Everything else looks good with both descriptiveness and rhyming.
