Closer Now
Spirits freed from bodies soar.
People left to grieve once more.
If only there were words to tell,
Released at last from earthly spell,
Immortal souls will find the way,
To care for loved ones everyday.
United in a bond so dear,
Always caring, ever near.
Loving those they left behind,
Inspiring thoughts within your mind.
So do not think they’ve gone away,
Much closer now they’ll ever stay.
