Entwined Love and Death clutch hands Speak vows written in holy word As the Devil smiles with anticipation Down the aisle she dances Corset laced and dress sinuous Her magnificence was faultless He stands stiff, Framework trembling with nervous jerks Butterflies eat the lining of the stomach Both speak the words of truth, And seal it with a kiss Weeps from the church pews Strike the heart, sentimental Now closed forever, protected Priceless rings signify nothing Hearts bleed jewelry United in the courtship of love Sinners they are destined to befall Satan smiles, awaits As they pick the lock on the gates of Hell
