Claim Your Shape

Unable to change the fact that there's this
Space which grows, slowly,
Between my arms,
I've found my palms become a silent pair,
A half replaced,
Until, again, they claim your shape.

Oh Annie Annie - This is outstanding. I hope you don't think I'm just praising and not critiquing. I don't know how to put into words the originality and feeling you achieve in these love poems. Anyone who has ever been in love must relate to and savor how your writing sometimes blooms like a peach rose.
