Cigarettes and You
I wish it were your lips I was taking a drag off of instead of this cigarette.
I wish it were you taking my breath away instead of these grey clouds of smoke.
I wish it were you I could still taste on my lips when I awake at 2am instead of these cigarettes.
But I'll settle for the cigarettes,
For I know that with each drag I take brings me closer to my death.
Brings me closer to being with you my angel.
