Christmas
Enter a gate, a house on a hill
A busy street, a closet still
Enter a heart, discover there
A new birth of hope, amid despair
When music fills all the air
It’s Christmas, Christmas everywhere
Once a year, God touches the earth
With the magic of His holy birth
Once a year, We sing of the One
Who came to us as God’s own Son
Oh, to have Christmas every day
But truth is only for Him to say
The truth that Jesus, living still
Longs each day our cup to fill
With peace, joy, love divine
Just as now, at Christmas time.
