Christian

You say you are a Christian. How do I know? How can I tell. When a look is wrongly perceived, or a word is misunderstood, do you have the latitude to have an attitude? Christian, what makes you different? What sets you apart? Where are you when I'm stumbling and fumbling through life? Where are you when festering, pestering issues are plaguing my life? Christian, where are you? Show me the way to go. After all, aren't you supposed to know?

A very probing poem that I think barks at the wrong tree. Labels do not mean anything, we are not obligated to prove anything to anyone, just as you do. Free will makes us choose which roads to take, no one does that for us. Then we take responsibility for OUR choices and not blame other people for not telling us what to do...Christian, Mormon, Buddhist or whatever.

Cynthia, thank you for your comment. That was not my intention. The poem was written from the perception of speaking to myself alone.
