Christ Came For You

He was born this day over two thousand years ago, A Savior for the world to know. The angels rejoiced, and shepherds went to see This baby born to set captives free. In your life have you done the same, Sought the gift that on Christmas came? Have you allowed Jesus to save you from sin? Have you invited this dear Savior in? If you haven't, this is what I pray, Accept the real gift of Christmas today. It's available to you if you ask and believe And Christ as your Savior you do receive. If you know Christ as your Savior now, Share what He's done in your life somehow, And give thanks to Him on the day of His birth For what His coming into your life is worth. May you know the spirit of Christmas all year through, And celebrate daily that Christ came for you.
