Children Wait For Numbers
Children Wait For Numbers
Children feel the warmth of parents
They only have trust to go on
And wait for fun to begin
As things go wrong
Forgetting is their nature
Things get cold…like thinking…and stuff
Numbers run forever in their heads
Counting each and every one with love
On fingers that inevitably find
Like magic and with time
Their way to the mind
Or something
Children wait forever to be clever
To learn their figures and move on
Born to forgive
And as for numbers
You can’t count forever
Children part from them from time to time
Before they lose their minds
