Childhood Crush
He looked longingly at her
As a child would a candy bar
She had turned into a model
His childhood friend
Her world was topsy turvy
With razzmatazz
While his was without all the jazz
Her lotus shaped eyes he was in love with
That gazed on him in playful light
While to another blew a kiss in flight
Would he be able to capture her fluttering heart he thought
In the end decided the candy would be best if never bought.
