Chief Watching
Protecting my family and friends is my job.
Heading towards my house is an angry mob.
This gun in my hand is a giant mistake.
I need to put it down for my families sake.
I'm dressed in my traditional clothes.
Will I die in combat? nobody knows.
I put my game face on, and hide my fear inside.
And I only have the great lord Jesus on my side.
If I die tonight, my soul will be finally free.
Just promise you'll always remember me.
