Sorry I missed the name change ceremonies, but I love it Maureen. I finally have a day off work so I thought I'd stop by, and I'm glad I did. I LOVE this poem. Truly. Dearly. With the weather changing so does my yard. I was just out rubbing my third generation Italian Oregano. Closing my eyes. And sniffing my fingers. Tummy yummy. Pigeon Tart, thank you always.

Jeff! I'm not the only one who misses you here ya know. Pondered a handle since I got here, was referred to in a derogatory sense as a pigeon by one poet here, and tart by another, and well, you know me! Cheeky lover of dove that I am, owning it ;))) Please come back. CooCoo misses you ~xomo

I was just talking with mi Musa Melissa, and one of your comments on one of my poems has become a catch phrase between us. When I told you I was on a plane going to Cartagena to meet mi Musa, you commented, "Wiiiii!!!" Between her and i, when something fun is happening, we say, "Wiiiiii!!!" Always a great thanks to you Pigeon Tart. HUGS.

Can relate so well, sometimes I sniff them to find out a combined aroma of garlic and spices along with sugar. This was fun. God bless you. :)

I remember as a young wife I noticed that my hands always smelled like onions. Mentioned it to my mother-in-law and she smelled her hands and said,"Your right. They do." Smiles, God Bless, JB

Ah, that is so dear! In our house, 99% of the time when either my hubby or I walk in and say "that smells good", it's onions cooking. We giggle every time. Take care! ~mo

Giggles Galore! Not at all. Literally, picking lovage from the garden for my soup and snorting my digits. S'pose I shouldn't be bragging about stuffing my fingers in my face in these don't touch your face times... pull your finger, smell mine ;), xomo!
