Cheese
That chunk of cheese might fatten you.
The white soft taste you'll feel.
A comfort to be soon unwrapped
should you pull back the peel.
One slice to cut the smallest flavor.
A knife gone wobbling in.
With force to claim a tiny piece
you still say's much too thin.
Then bite your way through rubber bliss-
Saliva drooling out.
A cool sensation on your lips
where salt's been left about.
Then swallow-how you feel the chunks.
Your throat been touched by curds.
When comfort you'll betray to thirst
can not be said in words.
