Chanukah Approaching
The ancient joyous
festival
will be celebrated
again this year
Potato pancakes and
sugary doughnuts
will delight the
palate
Eight burning candles
with a shames in
the middle
mark the victory
of the Maccabees
over their oppressors
This year it comes at
the same time as
Christmas
another sweet holiday
But more people
should give Chanukah
a chance
The beauty of the
candles symbolize
the beauty within
of all who light those candles
and remember, remember.....
should give
