Changing Seasons

God's awesome artistry behold, Trees ablaze with leaves red and gold, Autumn's fiery colors bold, Beauty untold, beauty untold. Summer's heat slowly fades away, As Autumn's coolness makes its way. A welcome change I have to say, Is a fall day, is a fall day. Autumn's beauty won't last for long, Colors will fade with Winter's song. Dull and gray 'til Spring comes along, With new life's throng, with new life's throng. 10/12/13 A monotetra For PD's "Latest Poem" contest
