Changing Direction
CHANGING DIRECTION
I think soon will come a day
that I will want to go away.
Far from places that I know
give me room, just let me go.
This life is not the way for me
I need to Love, to Live, to Be.
I think of all the bad I've seen
the good for some is just a dream.
Inside I run a weary race
this loneliness I cannot face.
I believe that someday I will win
so when I'm down I try again.
