Chameleon

Red, red, red is all the man ever sees of his family. With all that's going on, the orange-faced man has been unhinged. He could've shone like yellow but he's too busy hiding from the crows. Oh look who's here, the wise-looking man in blue has joined the queue Right behind up comes the man in indigo looking all depressed. When the mysterious man in violet arrived, everyone disappeared. I'm a chameleon with the skin of a thousand rainbows The voice of a thousand instruments. The identity of a thousand people The genuine me lays beneath a thousand meters. For the dread of predators still lingers. Notes This poem is dedicated to all the people who are/has been bullied as it mostly reflects what became of me after being bullied. I no longer choose to reveal who I really am, but rather decided to behave like other people depending on various situations in fear that others may prey on my true self. The first 7 lines are of the colors of a rainbow to signify hope and the several outcomes of being bullied while the lines after is mostly what became of that man, aka me. Hope you guys enjoy it and don't ever let bullies dictate your life, stand up to them with your friends and family, don't face it alone. :)
