Certain Love

Is this a dream, Can this be real? You stand there effortlessly As the rest of the world loses its appeal. Do you know how my heart flutters When you look at me with emerald eyes? Or how fast my pulse gets When your hand is entwined in mine. Your hair is made of golden feathers Iron legs that run miles. Why is it when I catch your sight? I can’t help but break a smile. I’ve given you my heart Have you given me yours? This love is real, I know that for sure.
