Nearby where i live is Timpanogos Cave. I thought this would be a good time to show one of the rooms of that cave in which a structure there resembles a heart (they have an Indian legend about the heart). I've hiked the trail twice to get to this cave. It's very fun to visit and takes the average person 40 min. to walk up to it.

Cloistered in this cavern where chandeliers hang crystalline Adorning the vaulted ceilings to which Varicolored stalagmites have so slowly climbed - I find Exquisiteness etched by time - Seclusion's serenity. For Line Gauthier's 'Bite Size Poem no11' Poetry Contest

Andrea, a beautifully succinct Acrostic, the line breaks/enjambment are sharply edgy.

Yes, it seems the only serenity comes with seclusion, at least this is my history. The Indian shaman would have had superb mystery at the location. Indians be cool. Love, daver

This is lovely Andrea, the serenity says all, everything, not just about the cave, but the poet.

I love caves Andrea. I particularly like going in the summer because they are always so cool (climate wise) I wrote a poem about caves once. They are indeed lovely. Good luck in contest.

Brings back memories of my trips to Mammoth cave as a kid....re the website you showed me. I believe it is a school project by two girls. If you go to the our poems section you can see a picture of them.

Nice Acrostic, I've seen stalagmites in Portugal. The impression of time passing slow is and understatement when you look at the slow drips of water that formed these things. Thank you for the visual.
