I was savoring every word, longing to taste this seafood salad, Joseph. Not only a healthy choice for lunch, but a delicious sounding one as well. Have been sharing your Haiti presentation with friends and we're all longing to know the names of the artists. What a delight to hear! Love, Carolyn
