Car Wreck

Splintered pieces of my heart Get pushed to the back I wonder how I will survive In a world so black Its time to try and let go With the melody of this crash My eyes are painted red With shard of broken glass Bending metal closes in And threatens to strangle me I lay there and pray to the Goddess That no one will save me There is a woman in the other car I hear the cries of a baby too So I lay there and pray to the Goddess To take me and save the life that's new
