Captured Sky
Captured Sky
The distant sound of thunder rumbles through every cell in my body
As the charged air jumped my heart and excitement in this captured moment
The Rain held dark and gloomy clouds made their treats across the midday sky
First a drop then a thousand to join in a force of hypnotic sounds and rhythm
To finally wash away the long… a waiting, dry, and thirsty land once again.
