This is a poem for one of my favorite poets.
Captured His words sneak up on me and I am in Portugal under an almond tree, or at sea in a ghost ship, or by the gravesite of a poor soul whose demise came after climbing onto Jan’s page. ©Kathryn McLoughlin Collins April 3, 2012

I snuck a look to discover Jan's identity... this is a lovely commemoration! Delightfully surreal... your vivid imagery and wording flow so smoothly. BRAVO, Kathy! Love, Keith

Hi Kathy - Your words snuck up on me and I know I will be visiting Jan's page. This is such a respectful, and wonderful tribute. - Gail

Hi Dave, Jan Oskar Hansen is here at Soup. (I should have used his entire name). I've been a fan of his for around 15 years now. He ought to be famous and has lots of books out there. Check him out. love Kathy

this is really cool. Jan would seem to be the Jan from PFT? but the "his" puzzles me. IS it a famous poet named Jan who is a guy? Nice seeing a new poem from you!
