Cape Dreams

summer burns a lazy haze into the mind Of seaming endless days enjoyed The sea warms to a silk sun touch Rolling on hot sandy beaches Curling surf bursts boils and bubbles Froth afloat and running swiftly Then left on sand to disappear Before the next caress shells and stones all roll in water Dancing with the tempo's sound Falling tidal songstress whispers coastal breezes hum along Gulls and terns are singing background To a lazy Summer Song
