Can'T
I can't say that I ever cared for
Any opinion but my own.
I can't say that I ever wanted
To be anywhere else but home.
You see,
I can't say really that
I really thought about it
That way,
I can't lie and pretend there was
Any more than today.
I can't
feel any deeper than the top of the skin
I can't
believe you want to spotlight all my sin.
You see,
I can't get past your brilliant
Fallacies,
As I can't
try and behave just as you see me.
I can't
speak in that language of one off texts,
Nor forgive your whiteness, blackness or sex.
Truly can't bear to bow
In front of your godless web,
Cant seem to give you a precious second.
Can't wait to watch your bloated face,
As we count down the seconds of the human race.
Or die in waiting for the King to come.
Or forgive your damned ice veins
or your tongue inflated gums.
