Cancer

The battle now is over. No more pain,no pills, no fear. Your courage was miraculous, Having cancer for all those years. You taught me how the world goes on, No matter what gets in the way. You taught me of the love of God. Of him you talked of most every day. Now he has you close to him. Your children are still here on earth. Please quide them through the rest of their days. Hold them close show them all your worth. On those days when they need you most Show your love and take their hands. Remind them of the beautiful poem Footprints in the sand.
