By the End of the Night

So many ups and downs and turn arounds and still you hold me to the ground, And I know I won't do things always right, And I know I repeat mistakes more than twice, And apologies are not enough sometimes, But if you're willing to be around even after the argument ends, I'm ready to give in, And do what you want that''ll make us stronger than when the argument first began, Because by the end of the evening, I want to be able to hold you tight, look you in the eyes and kiss you before we say goodnight.
