Butterfly Kisses
Sweet child of mine you make me smile.
I hold you in my heart.
I champion your every move
and have right from the start.
So tenderly you brush your lips
across my cheek and then
you give your butterfly kisses
to mama once again.
This is the blessing of my life
this child of pure delight.
If ever you need to be wrapped up
I'll rock you with all my might.
Keep giving those butterfly kisses
that make my world go 'round.
You show me such devotion
and never utter a sound.
