But You

I've had everything but you From fast cars to women and drugs, too, And still don't want anything but you, But you won't even let me tell you I love you. Things have gotten so different so fast. When was the last time I hugged you? That's a scary question for me to ask When you're the one that it comes to Because for literally years now This is the only wish I've wanted to come true We both know this situation Is one I've had to adjust to. To go from seeing you everyday To maybe twice in a month's new, But I have fallen apart before, And you've been there when I've unglued But now it differs from day to day, And I feel as if I'll just interrupt you. Still no different way to say I don't want anything but you. I'm quick to give up on a lost cause When it comes to anything but you.
