But Momma Thats Where the Fun Is

The die has been cast, The mold has been poured. And the heart has been hardened..... Just like before. Everybody wants what they can get, (and nothing else) And everybody has their way of getting it. (With or without a pulse) And hey there Joe? Where you going? (with that gun in your hand) Ain’t no other wAy outta here. (The joker is just another man) The years go by. And the faces they change. But the masks they wear, and the song they sang, Still remained the same. And the names have been changed, To protect those in the game. Don’t look into the eyes of the lie. (you might go blind) Did you just come to play? (or did you come here to die) Can you face the sound of the truth? Or will you turn yourself around? And walk, straight into the night. Or do you dare to face your pain, And be consumed by the light? Or are you.. (Revved up) like a deuce? Revved up like a deuce. Revved up? (like a deuce) Just Running... in the night. I never knew I could ever miss, What I’ve never ever had. So bad.
