Burdensome Baggage
BURDENSOME BAGGAGE
Each time I look at your eyes
I see passion care worshiping trust
For all I know is how much I lose myself in your breath
Your touch, your smile
Yet sometimes am scared that my burdensome baggage
I carry along marked all over me
Will hold you back caging you once again
I know am scared of losing you
For I am afraid someday you may het weary of it
The talks, the looks
The thought that maybe I am not yours
For sometimes I know it tires you
To know that many men marked me
That once I had dirty money
That before your worshipping
I was wanted and unwanted
Used but not loved
Emotionless, a prostitute.
