Warren Buffett is sitting on $BILLIONS of cash reserves, as he looks for profitable investments. It would appear he sees war on the horizon, and oil will make the best ROI. Whilst motorists have paid through the nose for petrol, the oil companies have reported record profit during the last quarter, so Buffett is not worried about losing his investment! Aloha!
