A deep apricot sun rises
Revealing brush strokes white
Wind swept clouds so light and airy
Beautiful for my sight
Like a painting on fine canvas
Is the scene in my view
Only it is constantly changing
And changes not a few
God the master painter does work
His gift to me each day
Thank You for each awesome sunrise
And allowing me to stay
