Brother

I remember how you use to make me laugh and all the funny faces you would make, I remember watching from the bed room window while you played out side with you friends, I remember idolizing you as you were getting ready in the 70's for a Friday night skate. As a little brother there is so much I remember of the one who was there for me even the end. At a young age we parted life knew it would be best, my big brother had a mean streak and with him I was obsessed, How could I not, you had it all you were cool, funny, had lots of friends and did so much, You were the first one born, thee ealdest, you were the best. Now years have past and our lives went different ways neither one better just as such. Now years apart as the miles that separat us our lives are two paths never that crossed, Our kids, our wifes, our times, so much so different yet always in our hearts with so much say, Bound by blood separated by life brothers to the end, You stepped in as our father exited with out any regret not even today. And no matter the years that pass, and the time we miss your still #1for this brotherhood can not bend.
