Broken Royalty

You forgot you were king. There were unforgiving days I've taken ours in stride. You collapsed on your way to the throne You yelled on your way down Down I put the emerald echos down under my ribs I wore my armor-don't hurt my bones again All you wanted was out. Till I came in. Princes aren’t hard to save when the damsel is being saved, too. Average. Okay. Peasant. No you're a king. Take your throne and rule. Side by side the queen smiles. Strong. Fierce. Elegant. Royal.
