Breezes
Breezes
Consider little breezes and how they blow;
Organdy curtains cross a spring night bed;
The brush from an air conditioning vent
On a heated working head.
Chiffon dresses flutter their way,
With the stir of ballroom dancers;
Whispering kind keeping insects a bay,
While the pages of a book are pressed.
Breeze of blue sea on a bather’s nap;
Wave and rhythm in summer trees;
What soft breeze would please your heart?
Consider the breezes ‘ere into winds they grow.
