Bothersome Bernie Burn

Bothersome Bernie Burn Better be sure you want to take your turn Suffering from a bothersome Bernie burn Who is not steady and much smooth sailing Will be finger pointing with arms flailing. Am noticing lately he sure has a knack Mentioning small percent's and SuperPAC For subjects in articles, it is hard to fall None of them ever make any sense at all. Of all his things am trying to keep score Is big braggadocio as well as much more To halt things should come to a screech And no goals he set could he ever reach. You guessed it, his goals are out of sight He would have to worry all day and night Go backwards instead of forwards inching With his thoughts that are penny pinching. Thought of Bernie bothers me and him do dread So who we should have is Hillary instead Unless by Bernie you have become enchanted Like him always take everything for granted. Just read your poem now. I like this one. Yeah, bernie is crazy if he thinks 15 an hour is a wage that most small businesses can afford to pay!! I know teachers making less money than that, and their little schools will go under if their bosses are forced to pay them 15 an hour. What a strange country we live in, Jim!

Bernie is trying to be clear as we email. I am a gradualist. Increase wages $1 a year. Or, forget wage increases. Give your employees free health care, two weeks sick leave and two weeks vacation. You have to increase someone's buying capacity and minimum wage is always a cop out. Jim Horn

I have a horrible time restricting my writing to one poem a day.
