Bold of You
Bold of you to take me in,
to place me where you want me to be.
Begging me for something that you want.
Pain written on my face.
Your hand clutched at my throat.
your lips caress my cheek.
I know you are fighting your thirst,
but the thirst is killing you.
Eyes as black as a moonless night.
You wanting a really quick bite.
The blood that's running underneath my skin.
You wanting a taste to ease the burn.
Bold of you, Yes, quite bold of you,
to keep me captive here.
Take it and ease the pain,
while my heartbeat drowns out my screams.
