Bobby and Me

John Fitzgerald Kennedy, some say withstood the temptation as pressures To enter more troops further, into Vietnam ? Soon thereafter, he was gone... An imperfect man born a silver spoon his hand; at least, unto the material mind Holding merely a glimpse of he, and Poe's raven ? Her beautiful young lady a tattoo Be this star upon her cheek reflecting somehow, an age as child's heart ? Headlines These righteous chasing their homeless all about his editor in chief proclaiming The good news ? President Obama, considering another air strike for someone Crossed neverendings painted lines while Miley smiles aneath two golden horns She finds divine bless her precious life and do two wrongs, equate to that of right ? Bobby grinning from ear to ear like his cat whom swallowed her canary; albeit cardinal Red this little bunny so furry his tiny tail ? Due for another banks bailout, one can feel it.. Amid time's wind and whom shall win their next contract to build ? These flocks as bombs.

Johnny These are some strong and powerful words. They are honest, truthful and deep. Giving the reader things to think about and ponder. Nicely done Thanks for the great comment on my Give And Take Love poem.

Good consistency of the bare worldly truths here John. I think of some of these things from time to time and am a bit bothered also by them. This poem seems to be in sorts, a montage of front page news. It reads well, though I was left hanging... There were no wise words that usually I enjoy so- highly reflective on your part. I, sister bleeding heart- prone to try& make a difference all the time and I find I am just beating my head up against the wall. as you said, we live by faith not by sight
