Blow Bitter Wind
Before we were ready
Last days of summer came.
October blew in
With an abundance of rain.
Biting cold wind
Instead of warm sun
Told us Autumn was here,
Too soon it's begun.
Early mornings, now dark,
Remind us winter is nigh.
Wind blows and blows
In the grey clouded sky.
November is next, blustery and bold.
December will follow, bitter and cold.
